Our baby knee pads and crawling protectors are intended to provide cushioning during ordinary crawling and play. They are not a substitute for appropriate adult supervision, safe flooring, or other reasonable child-safety measures.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their child and for inspecting products before and during use.

Discontinue use if a product becomes damaged, excessively worn, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated during your shopping experience.

We reserve the right to modify prices and promotions at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not ordinarily affect orders that have already been accepted.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

BabyCush offers free worldwide shipping.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 days. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day free return and refund policy.
